Success Stories
A recent fire door survey carried out at a large distribution warehouse following identification by a non-competent fire risk assessor resulted in our consultants reducing the number of fire doors required, which saved the organisation £5,000. The original assessment recommended the replacement of 10 doors; our consultants reduced this to 5 doors, which still achieved a minimum legal requirement as required by current guidance documents.
An East Midlands restaurant was visited by the fire service, who carried out an audit of their premises. This resulted in an "Improvement Notice" being served, restricting the use of the kitchen area until the fire doors were replaced with a standards-compliant product, including appropriate fitment.
To help remove the improvement notice and maintain the kitchen open at this very busy restaurant , "Just Fire Doors" supplied and fitted the double set of quality doors during a period a night when the restaurant was closed, which resulted in the removal of the notice. This ultimately allowed the restaurant to continue trading without any loss of business over a very busy weekend.
Comments have been made by a number of our customers that "Just Fire Doors" will go that extra mile to provide a quality fitment service, in sometimes difficult situations, and negotiate with the Fire Service on their legal requirements in the provision of quality fire doors.
Phoenix Farm Church -February 2011
The wonderful customer service, the friendly and utterly professional way in which all the staff I encountered, on my epic journey through the world of firedoors, made the experience simple, quick and effortless.
In our short experience, we have found because we are a community church, other companies have been unwilling to commit to either a quote or work itself. Despite this we have found your service refreshing and generous, with helpful advice and a no-nonsense, unbiased approach.
It is always a pleasure to deal with people who know their job, to the extent they are able to provide an accurate quote, give guidance and advice to us less knowledgeable. Phoenix Farm is a small friendly community church but would have no problem recommending whole heartedly your company to anyone in need of your services in the future.
Once again we would like to extend our warmest gratitude and God blessings to you all."
